I so appreciated hearing from so many of you in my last giveaway post! I was so impressed with all of the wonderful, QUICK 1-2-3 meals that you came up with!
I definitely have some new, fresh dinner ideas now! Thank you!
We all love tacos
One thing that many of us had in common, as I perused the comments, was that we all love tacos! I grew up with tacos – it was a staple in my home as I learned to make them, and fry up the shells, probably by the age of 10.
Yes, now my family is also a taco family! We love them – cooked any way, with any meat, with any topping! (Remember all photos on this blog are the real deal – real food cooked Coughlin-style from the Coughlin-kitchen!)
Delicious pork – so easy

Ground turkey – a healthy way to go

Mango Crockpot Chicken – all time favorite
And my Mango Crockpot Chicken is very popular in our home, and with our friends.

Works great in tacos, burritos, taco salad – and even quesadillas!

Now here’s a question for you: What is your favorite kind of taco, what kind of tortillas do you use – and do you fry them?

Hi, I'm Sandy. Five years ago I stocked up on beautiful glasses from the Dollar Store. As I started writing about dinner parties, I realized that this "icon" portrays a great message.
I want to share with you some of my favorite places to visit in blog-land, sites that I learn from and am inspired by, and some beautiful friends that I’ve met over the years.
