Are you a Lazy Mom?

Are you a Lazy Mom?
According to Amanda and Leslie, a Lazy Mom isn’t really lazy. She finds fast and efficient ways to get more done so she can have more fun.

I think I fit that mold!

And I’ll admit it.

Sometimes I can be pretty lazy when it comes to deep-cleaning my house. A quick pick-up is definitely easier and quicker!

For more of this story, I’m over at The Lazy Moms guest posting today …

Do you want to know what happened the night this beautiful photo was taken?

Read my story from last summer, where I wrote about a sturdy friendship that my husband I share with another couple.

I think you’ll find it inspiring.

    Great post Sandy!
Last week I met a friend for coffee after work. We were desperate to connect, it had been waaay too long. But knowing the drive home would put me in the middle of rush hour, I wanted to keep our visit a couple hours. Well, three hours later I head home and it was the easiest commute home! I double blessing… having had the most precious time with a friend and a breeze to get home!

I think I’m an LM, too, because I like to speed clean so I can have time to slowly do what I most enjoy!

I love being a lazy mom! It wasn’t always that way. I used to fret and stress and make my whole household crazy when we had anyone come over. Not so much anymore. No one ever noticed if my carpets were freshly vacuumed or if the mantle was dusted. And if they did, they really weren’t there to enjoy the company anyway…so who cares?!

I would say yes – I am a lazy mom! I need to go over and check it out!

I would rather have fun with my kids than clean a house than will be messy again in 30 minutes. Although I do love to vacuum so it does look presentable…
