I have just in the last few years found time to start making some of my own jams and jellies again. I don't even like the store bought stuff at all.<br /><br />This year I harvested a batch of white riesling wine grapes from some vines I planted two years ago. They made some delicious wine grape jam. The wine grape makes for a little tarter jam than a concord...yum!<br />Blessing on you through this kitchen remodel. I noticed you had seeds in your compost list. We compost but have always avoided seeds because we thought they might grow? Just curious!
