It’s my job to make pies for Thanksgiving every year. I use a recipe I got from Tupperware years ago. You put some of the ingredients in a bowl, seal it, shake, add milk, then shake until dough forms a ball. I roll it out between two sheets of wax paper, then put the crust in the pan and peel off the wax paper.

Hooray! This just might be a recipe that will, finally, allow me to be able to put my hand down! Do you know how many pie crust recipes I have tried? No matter how slowly I stir, how near freezing the water is, the crusts fail miserably from the fluffy and light things others seem to master. Thanksgiving will be the perfect time to try it! Thanks!

Yes, pie crusts scare me, which stinks because my Hungarian grandmother and mother were/are such great bakers.
