Lisa’s Hat GIVEAWAY!

by Sandy on November 3, 2009

For my birthday this year, I got this classy cadet hat.

Now it does help, I must say, to have the cutest hat-maker in my family. Lisa, my niece, has not only been busy making customized hats, she’s a really good dessert maker too. (I have never attempted to make ice cream cakes like these! Beautiful!)

12-2007 007

I really like to support small businesses and L Dabrowski Designs is a perfect-gift-giving idea. And I love the way that Lisa customizes her hats. Since the hat you purchase will be created just for you, you get to specify color changes or amount of rhinestones or glitter.

Love this idea for birthdays, girl’s groups, or even Christmas gifts!

If you live local, Lisa will waive shipping fees. New items are being added all the time! So don’t miss out.

Let’s get on with the GIVEAWAY!

WIN

The winner will win one cadet hat from L Dabrowski Designs!

Tweet and Follow
Tweet about the giveaway or sign up to follow RE, and your name goes in the drawing twice (let me know).

I’ll be announcing the winner on Friday, so come back and check to see if you won! Good luck and thank you, Lisa!

Oh, and check out Lisa’s beautiful work at the holiday bazaar at the Naz church, up on the hill, this coming weekend (if you live in my town)! Come on by and tell Lisa hi!

(Edie, from Life in Grace, and Cindy, from Skip to my Lou, are both featuring my coasters today! I love these girls, and if you haven’t seen their wonderful blogs, you’re in for a real treat!)

Well, I’m not following you on Twitter!!! What an adorable hat. I used to be a hat girl – maybe I should start again.

As for gifts for girlfriends…
Goodness – I guess I tend to give gifts I think they will love – you know, on a personal level.

What gorgeous hats! What a talented gal!

I give a variety of gifts to friends, but I especially like giving something home-baked, which always seems to be appreciated.

Love the hat. I am all about accessorizing these days. In one of my latest blog posts (Mommy Uniform) I wrote about the horror I experienced as I realized I had become a FASHION DON’T after having kids. I’m attempting to break the pattern to avoid ending up on What Not to Wear:)

Those hats are fabulous, although maybe a wooly hat would be better at this time of year! I’m going to start knitting my first hat this evening and it’s going to be a wooly warm one.

I would love to win this hat for a grandaughter and if I do I guess I will have to purchase some others since I have ten grandaughters now and triplet girls due in December. I just found your blog and
hope to make some of the coasters as gifts for our large family for Christmas. Looking for ways to
economize. Thanks Carolyn

Totally love these hats. When I was a freshman in High School (3? years ago) I wore a hat to school every day. That was before rules against it.
I would truly enjoy winning one of these hats. I would wear it but I think I would rather pass it on to a dear lady I work with going through a tough time with cancer. She wears all kinds of “covers” and these are right up her alley. Have a Blessed day! :)
