Now, when we were finishing our house, a friend of ours had some leftover, really nice linoleum that he gave us to put on the floors of our downstairs closets (our floors are cement and these weren't stained and were the closets under the stairs and that housed the water heater) looks awesome! We have the original terrazzo but it needs to be redone and brought back to life because the people who owned it before us had carpet over it so it has the carpet tack holes along the edge and is stained in the middle. It cost about $3000.00 to do it but when it's done it looks beautiful.
