This last year our friend Tim Tidball, who is an amazing photographer, took pictures of our daughter Abby playing her violin. I just love this photo – her fingers in action!
If you live locally, Tim does amazing work “capturing the moment” while your child is playing music, singing, or dancing. And I imagine in your hometown, there are fabulous photographers with this same outstanding reputation.
What I appreciate about Tim is that he’s willing to go to a recital, event, or wherever you’d like the photography to take place. (His daughter Kelsey, performing.)

He does beautiful studio work.

The musical moments we will never get back again, so it only makes sense to capture them while you can!
Do you have photos of your children performing or with their music?
LOCAL GIVEAWAY: Tim is offering to people who live in Southern Oregon a “senior session” which is a free studio or on-location session for a class of 2011 senior. In other words, your kid does not have to play music in order to win, he/she just needs to be a senior and live locally. You can leave a message here or head over to my Facebook page to leave a message. Winner will be chosen on September 28th.
(Tim Tidball Photography is not a paid sponsor of this blog. I just believe in his work and recommend him to many.)

Hi, I'm Sandy. Five years ago I stocked up on beautiful glasses from the Dollar Store. As I started writing about dinner parties, I realized that this “icon” portrays a great message.
