That pear sauce looks delicious! My son would LOVE it if I made him that! I'll have to put it on my list for next year.

We're moving in a few weeks from the house we brought all of our babies home to ... so I'm reflecting on the big and little moments of the past 10 years. And looking forward to the ones to come!

The pear sauce looks like perfection in a jar, Sandy! Reflection...hmmm. Since hurricane Sandy struck my area this week, I am counting my blessings. My friends and family in my state are all safe, with no damage to our homes. We lost power for days, but it has now been restored. When I was finally able to watch television, I was heartbroken by the devastation just a bit north of me in NJ and NY. My thoughts and refelctions are with my friends in NJ and NY that are still without power, gas and supplies. It's very cold, and it could be weeks before the power is restored. Many families have lost everything, including loved ones, in this storm. Now forecaster's predict another storm on Wednesday, bringing more rain and strong winds. Today I am going to think hard to figure out what I can do to help the victims in those devastated areas. Lots of reflection today!
