Graham Cracker Ice Cream Sandwich Dessert

Along with summer entertaining often comes overnight guests who have little ones, or tweens, or teens. So I try to have some kind of yummy ice cream sandwich dessert made up in the freezer, so kids can just help themselves.

It’s nice to have free-reign over the fridge when you visit a home. I think it helps you feel “more at home,” so we always offer that.

Hospitality is about creating more of a “feel” than making a statement. Or being showy. I think it should be relaxed, warm, soothing, and even sweet.

Sweet like this super easy recipe idea I’m sharing today that uses graham crackers, ice cream, and chocolate fudge sauce!

I don’t even have to give you an actual recipe, or tell you how to make these. You just spread, spoon on, top, and freeze! Easy! (Our out-of-town guests and sweet kids who enjoyed the dessert.) :)

One more thing, what made the treats especially fine was using Trader Joe’s brand of graham crackers, and their chocolate fudge sauce, and then I used a premium vanilla ice cream that I already had in my freezer.
