50th Birthday KitchenAid® Artisan® Series Tilt-Head Stand Mixer GIVEAWAY!
I’m over-the-moon thankful for my family and friends and readers, so now it’s my turn to give back to you!
It started 50 years ago. I’m so thankful for my loving parents who brought me home form the hospital in Riverside, California, and raised me and gave me so much in life!
I was the youngest of 3 girls.
Full of vim and vinegar (they say). :)
Speciality of birthday cakes
My mom baked a cake for us girls every year for our birthdays. I don’t think she ever missed a year. I still remember her stand mixer on the counter – it was small, and loud, and slow, with a glass bowl.
Nothing like my KitchenAid stand mixer today, which sits on my counter like a super model, so sleek and with so much power.
Continuing the tradition
I, like my mom, have made a zillion cakes and desserts for friends and family. I love to help celebrate birthdays and milestone events, so I faithfully use my KitchenAid stand mixer for almost every meal. Honestly, I couldn’t live without it, with all the entertaining we do in our home. Like this cake recipe that we recently served.
[rss-cut]Thank you, KitchenAid, for making my life easier! (Stay tuned this Fall as I’ll be giving away the attachments PLUS sharing a tutorial on HOW TO make applause the EASY way.)
