Friends Since Birth Party with Tiny Prints

I can’t believe that I’m planning a college graduation party for my eldest son and designing graduation invitations. Being a mother has been one of the greatest joys in life, and watching our kids work hard at achieving their goals has been a privilege. We’ve also been there to pray for our kids, encourage them, and help them through their journeys in life. This post is sponsored by Tiny Prints, who partnered with me with the awesome product I’m sharing today!

It seems like yesterday that my friend Jenny and I were both pregnant with these 2 kids: Elliot and Emily. And then bathing our babies in the red coolers, while out camping. You know how kids get so dirty while camping!

Then sharing meals together, coming into their rooms to find toys wall to wall and their bodies covered in Sharpie markers, throwing them in the tub, watching them play and suck down a zillion Capri Sun drinks. (We’d do it differently today!)

Gone are the days of sticky-finger, stinky-head little kids. Somehow they grew up into beautiful big people, who are now graduating college together – Friends Since Birth.

We found our favorite pictures and put them into a collage for graduation announcements and an invitation to a party!

We decided to keep the party short and sweet, so we’re hosting a 2-hour brunch on a Saturday afternoon, where our friends can stop by!

We’ll be serving a waffle and yogurt bar, and a few other treats. Drinks will be easy – water, coffee, tea, and orange juice on ice.

We’ll be whipping up a few pans of cinnamon rolls.

And enjoying our friends and family who’ll be coming to help US celebrate this milestone event with our kids.

Both Emily and Elliot are each going on to more schooling, one to graduate school, one studying for MCATS, so our job as mothers is not close to being done!

But we celebrate today, and we’re thankful.
