The one pot meal I’d make for another family is Tuscan Vegetable Soup.
I’d love to make a nice pot roast.
Arroz con pollo
Beef stew!!
So many things I would like to make, but my first would be my Thick
Tortilla Soup with lots of extra sharp cheddar and lime.
I would make chicken and dumplings
I would make a beef stew or chili.
I made a pretty mean pot of stew, lots of beef….and they’ll even like the veggies too!
I;d make a nice pot of vegetarian chili. Healthy, warm and nourishing.
I’d make homemade Chicken Pot Pie.
