					<description><![CDATA[We have some friends that have a nice strawberry patch in their garden and thanks to them, our family has been able to pick (loads of!) strawberries the past few summers.  We&#039;ve made many jars of freezer jam using Ball Simple Creations Freezer Jam Fruit Pectin.  There is NO cooking involved, and you use a lot less sugar - only 1 and 1/2 cups of sugar to 4 cups of crushed berries.  You mix the 3 ingredients (pectin, fruit, and sugar), pour into jars, wait 30 minutes, and then serve, refrigerate,  freeze, or give away! Simple, yet delicious!]]></description>
