I like to have mixed green with lots of arugula in the mix. Nuts, avocado and whatever fruit I can snag. Like my local market had fresh blueberries on sale.

This is a time when I am attempting to be ‘a good girl’ and eat more greens to recover from the holidays. These sound like such a great way to ‘flavor things up.’
The Crisp would be my first choice….the cheese and almonds….yum.

Hmmm….I don’t know if I really have a “winter salad”, typically if I go for a salad for dinner I load it up with lots of chopped veggies and then some grilled chicken on top with ranch or my homemade sweet and sour dressing
