We are loving the beautiful days here in Bend, with so many options for activites in the great outdoors! Besides fly fishing, my husband is an avid cyclist.

One of his favorite rides is hopping on his road bike and heading to Mt Bachelor, a premier skiing destination.

Even with the rain and coolness of spring, even though it’s high-allergy season, with a mix of sunshine, sometimes a little rain, and then gorgeous clear blue skies, it’s perfect weather to ride in once winter breaks.

As my husband says, there’s something about cycling that’s so great, but also easy on the body. He also says that some of his best ideas as an anti-bullying expert come to him while he’s riding. But those ideas don’t come easily, or at all, when he’s suffering from allergies.

My husband and son both suffer from springtime allergies, and use Flonase Sensimist Allergy Relief. It gives immediate relief for nasal congestion and the itchy, watery eyes caused by pollen, mold, dust and pet dander.

They both have used Flonase for years, because it’s non-drowsy, with 24-hour relief, it has a gentle mist, and is scent-free, with a full prescription strength.

Did you know that you can easily pick up this allergy medication at your local CVS Pharmacy? More than 76% of the US population lives within 5 miles of a CVS Pharmacy!

So if you’re headed in through Bend, or wherever you may live, most likely a CVS Pharmacy will be near, so you can “grab and go.”

There are 9,600+ CVS Pharmacy locations in 49 states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico and Brazil, and CVS serves more than 5 million customers every day!

Spring is in the air! What activity will you be doing this weekend in the great outdoors? Across the U.S., my friend Barb will be sheep shearing! :) I know my husband will be on the road, heading up to Mt. Bachelor!

More than 50 million Americans suffer from allergies each year, including 2 of our family members. This post is sponsored by FLONASE® SensimistTM, but as always, all opinions are my own, as we use this product regularly in our home.
