In reply to Robin. I buy my glaze from DeLallo Foods or Trader Joe's. It comes in a small bottle. You can find in any grocery store, or you can do a reduction and make your own! :) YES! Peaches would be fantastic!

How did you make the balsamic reduction? Did you just boil down some balsamic vinegar? These look absolutely yummy! I bet you could also use peaches?
