I am making this for our men’s breakfast at church. I reduced the amount of powdered sugar. It was delicious. I have been doing the cooking because apparently all the other men are unable to read a recipe. Despite the fact that they are doctors, judges, engineers, and corporate successful men.
Most of us are retired and I do 95% of the cooking since my wife did it all during our career years. My turn to do the cooking!!

I have made this 2 or 3 times for friends and family. It is WONDERFUL! All of the recipes I have tried that you have graciously shared have been SO GOOD! I just wanted to say thank you, I really appreciate you sharing all of these wonderful recipes. The hard part is deciding what to try next!

In reply to Cathy. So glad you enjoyed the recipe! Do you mean how long do leftovers last? I'd say up to 3 days. We have never frozen this breakfast dish. I'm not sure how it would freeze. If you did it, come back and tell us!

I have made this twice and it is delicious. The whole family loved it. I made it for our Christmas breakfast.

I am wondering if in the future could leftovers be frozen and then thawed and reheated at a later date?

Question not a rating as I’ve not made it yet. If using frozen berries, do the berries need to be drained first?
