I'm excited to try a new way of cooking salmon, as my toddler no longer lets me stand in front of the stove without screaming for attention. Thanks for the recipe!

Also, my friend and I have this ongoing tradition of sending each other blank greeting cards - not even a signature. I always enjoy getting them, even though they require no handwriting skills whatsoever. We might be a little strange, but it's still fun to get things in the mail.

I think that hand written notes are a treasure to receive. In the past, I made it a point to send encouraging notes to those who needed a special pick-me-up. It wasn't till a few days ago when a friend told me how that she had always kept the ones that I had sent throughout the years, that I realized that I had not written notes in a very long time. I'm back doing it and love the joy it brings, to others and to me! It is almost a lost art!

Your emails are always a great source of enjoyment, thanks so much!!!

You just reminded me how much I love cedar plank salmon! Do you place the plank directly on the oven rack or do you put it on a sheet pan? I'm thinking about drippage from the salmon. I never paid attention on the grill.
