Hi Sarah - yes!
To make golden, crispy pita wedges, baking them in the oven works beautifully and is very easy.

Preheat oven to 375–400°F.

Cut pita bread into 6–8 wedges like a pizza.

Brush lightly with olive oil on both sides.

Season with a pinch of salt (you can also add garlic powder, paprika, or za’atar).

Arrange on a baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake for 8–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.]]></description>
