I love tostadas. I usually brush mine with just a bit of oil and bake them in the oven til crispy. The salsa sounds interesting. But good at the same time..lol

In reply to Phil. Thanks for pointing that out, Phil. I buy "Love Beets" organic, cooked. So you'll want to use cooked (or cook them first). I added that to the recipe! :)
