					<description><![CDATA[I made this yesterday and to be honest, I wasn’t sure about it after I tasted it. I sort of liked it but at the same time, I would have passed on it. We didn’t have ice cream but I still tried it anyway. I went to the store today and bought Vanilla Bean ice cream. I scooped up a bowl of cobbler, heated for a seconds and dropped in the ice cream. Oh my goodness, it thickened up and it was delicious. The Vanilla is a must.

* I used gluten free flour
* A little less sugar
* Next time I’ll make a little less batter since it’s denser from the gf. ]]></description>

I definitely should have used a bigger baking dish than 9x13 because it cooked over into my oven. Next time I will use less frozen berries and maybe add an extra tablespoon of cornstarch to thicken it more. I will definitely try it again because we have lots of berries.
