Liked it so much as a marinade when we tried it last week thatI used it t that we tried it tonight as the braising liquid in the crockpot with a pack of chicken tenderloins. Not only was it delish, but the coffee “browned” the chicken so it looked flavorful too.

I had some chicken thighs I needed to use up and bottle of cold brew in the fridge. Google brought me to you. I am so glad it did. Everyone LOVED the chicken, even my two picky kids!

do you freeze with the liquid marinade in the bag or do you let it sit first, dump the marinade and only freeze the chicken? Thanks
