Made this last night for Christmas Eve Eve! Delicious! Will definitely make again. Used Trader Joe’s seafood mix, clams, crab meat, some red snapper. So rich and satisfying for land locked Santa Fe. Shared some with neighbors. Made so much and from my research doesn’t freeze well.

I make the same recipe for our Church’s Lenten Lunches, making hundreds of gallons. I’ve added two ingrediants with great success. Tony Chachere’s Cajun Spice. Small amount because it’s HOT! And dried tarragon seasoning, 1 tsp.
