Hi, can you confirm that the tater tots are frozen when you add them to the mix? The recipe does not clarify cooked or frozen but from watching the video it appears they are frozen? Thank you.

You mention, in the recipe instructions, adding cream twice…is it just the 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream, or is there more cream that I’m missing? Thanks!
