I used my Vitamix and am wondering if this was supposed to be foamy? I am stirring it in the pot but the foam remains…?

Looks and sounds absolutely delicious! I totally agree with you that entertaining does not have to be a huge event. Little moments we share with our friends and family with simple and delicious food are important in our hectic life.
