					<description><![CDATA[I have a teenage son who is reluctantly learning to cook, and this was such a great recipe for him! It&#039;s easy, it&#039;s forgiving (timer? what timer?), it looks fabulous when served, tastes amazing, and clean-up is a snap. BTW, when our Brussels sprouts went south we substituted yellow and zucchini squash and it was still wonderful. Also used parchment paper instead of aluminum foil without any problems.]]></description>
