Easy Peasy! A quick and tasty recipe. I followed it exactly, and didn’t sub out anything. Unusual for me!
Split the recipe into two smaller glass cake pans so I kept one, and gave the other to my neighbors.
Trader Joe’s had all the necessary ingredients, so I didn’t run around to several stores!
