I’m going to add this to my list. I have made watermelon shaved ice, but this sounds wonderful. I bet it would be good with a bit of basil flavor somehow infused. Might have to play with that..lol. I’m loving your adventures and seriously I have a list going of new places to check out when we get back towards Central Oregon. I miss it.
