I will be trying – I like that you’ve used unsweetened coconut. Many recipes are using sweetened coconut (way too sweet!)

How many cookies does this recipe make ? Can you use sweetened coconut and just use less sugar ?

Just mixed up a batch, but had to improvise a bit. Salt and vanilla are not inculded in the ingredients list, so had to guess about how much to use. Also, would be nice to call out if coconut was sweetened or not.
