These bruleed grapefruit look amazing! There is a restaurant I go to for brunch that serve this and I always order it. Just looking at these pictures has my craving some grapefruit….

I love the idea of using coconut sugar with grapefruit. By the way, I completely agree with you about the need to let go of perfection. It’s so refreshing to be around others who are completely comfortable just being themselves!
