This sounds like a great ?dish! I Love gram masala,I’ll probably 2 it & maybe even some curry& red pepper flakes! I like it really spicy??!!

In reply to Gena M.. Thanks for letting me know. It probably depends on the brand of diced tomatoes, but I added the option of arrowroot powder or flour. Yummy over cauliflower!!

I made it today. Very good! We had it over riced cauliflower. I might add a little arrowroot powder-it’s kind of a thin liquid.
