We discovered cucumber lemonade last summer. My recipe you puree whole cucumbers (we had a ton in the garden last year) strain it and then mix it with lemon juice and a simple syrup.
We liked it so much that I made extra (we had plenty of cucumbers) and froze the cucumber juice so we could have some in early summer before the cucumbers are ready. I’m hoping for as nice of a summer as we had last summer.
