I want to thank you for this delicious menu you provided. I hosted a luncheon for eight of my girl friends and they were so impressed with lasagna, pulled pork and slaw. What a wonderful combination of flavors. KNOW that you have boosted my confidence I can’t wait for my next entertainment event .

Love gnocchi! During the summer I make ricotta gnocchi with sauteed summer squash & fresh corn tossed in a sauce of room temp brie w/ grape tomatoes, garlic, olive oil & basil. Fall it’s potato gnocchi in a gorgonzola cream sauce – great with red meat. Lastly, sweet potato or butternut squash gnocchi in a sage butter sauce sprinkled with parmesan or smoked gouda – great with pork. I see it as a dumpling with the versatility of a pasta.

I LOVE gnocchi, one of my favorites growing up. We always had it with tomato sauce and broccoli. I showed your dish to Sammy and he thinks we should make it. :)

I LOVE gnocchi! I see it more as a dumpling. It was something that was made frequently in my family (moms side is Italian)..I have made a few recipes with it…I was just looking for my fave, but can’t find it…I must have never blogged it…guess I better dig it up, make it and post it sometime.
