Love the board! In the comments here people are asking about the board in the photos, in one of your replies, you said it’s 24 inches but in another reply, you said it’s 28 inches. I think it’s important to clarify in your article. But, otherwise, beautiful recipe and set-up. ?

In reply to Matt Cloyes. This board was from 2017 and hasn't been available for years, which is why we came out with our own line of boards with JK Adams! Plus it was not food safe. It was 24 inches. Our large big board is 26 inches!

Crunchy tacos are my favorite but I have the worst luck finding taco shells where they are all intact and all the same size. What brand do you use???

Looks great as a display, but in reality those pre-filled “crunchy” tacos will be soggy in <5 minutes and it'll take at least 15 minutes to put them together on the board.

Anyone living in a state on the Mexican border will tell you it's better to serve the shells empty, and EVERYTHING else served buffet style so the guests can fill them as they choose…and the shells remain crispy until you eat them.
