In reply to Roxann Bjelica. It really depends on if you're serving the board as an appetizer (let's say for 10 people) or a dinner board (for 6). It depends on the course of food. Every board is different!

How many square inches of board space should I figure per serving? I know this will vary depending on how ingredients are stacked. I see you rainbow board serves 12. How much square inches did that take?

HI! I love your site and the Eat the Rainbow Charcuterie Board is beyond amazing! One question: What did you do to your board to make it “food safe”? I have just been placing parchment paper on mine but want to do something permanent. Have the same one as you and I love it.

A great site, beautifully prepared … we will be using them at our Bed & Breakfast Inn. Do you have a list of where we can purchase the boards. They are really great for events, etc.
