Sandy, congratulations on your book! Just pre-ordered it on Amazon and I’m thinking of getting one for my mom. I find myself going back to this post all the time and sharing it with friends who have never done a charcuterie board. I always now put two bowls of olive oil on my boards because we love dunking our bread in it. Thank you and cheers!
