Hi Sandy! No need for parchment on my new boards. They are food safe and clean up beautifully. I’ve never had one of my boards stain and we use them all the time. :)

Your boards are fantastic for entertaining. The one question I have for you do you put parchment paper down on the wood when you’re adding fruits or vegetables. Or, what keeps the boards from staining?
