Great! I added that as an option, Toni. And yes, the bacon in with the veggies. I'm glad you enjoyed it :)

Best dinner I have made in ages!! Only change was I breaded and fried the chicken in 1 tablespoon of olive oil before putting in the oven. The recipe did not say what to do with the bacon so I threw it in with the veggies. Fantastic!! Thank you!

It's the opposite...He walks faster....all the time...lol. If I'm on a mission, yes, I'll move fast (like shopping, but even then I try to slow down a bit), but I like to savor what's around me, especially when outside...unless I'm walking to exercise, I want to enjoy the scenery, take my time. And my legs are longer than his too and yet he always moves faster...lol.

This looks yummy!. I beat my chicken with a rolling pin...lol. I've yet to master moist chicken breasts. :/ lol This recipe looks yum!!

I like the idea of walking to a restauarant...you'd feel so much better after walking home and walking it off. :) May have to do that when we're there. We're staying off Lake Rd. I'll have to see how far it is.
