High fives on the gardening, can’t wait to see the progress! We plant on the rooftop of our building here in NYC in both raised boxes and containers. Containers are a great way for people to start for a low amount of money, even for free for a container if you can find them in the trash (often the case here in NYC you will walk by containers waiting for the trash man). It was fun to see your garden and what you are planting in Oregon. We live in Arizona and just planted ours about 2 weeks ago. It is tricky to garden here, but it seems like each year we learn something new that helps us have a better garden the following year. I am really looking forward to harvesting and cooking with our new crops!

I just adore this post! Knowing your zone is invaluable. I am completely restructuring our garden this year and only using half the space but smarter :) It’s finally stopped raining so i can’t wait until this weekend! I’m off to check out that tiller, its perfect for our beds. xoxo

We aren’t quite ready to plant yet here in Central Oregon. But my husband has been building out our raised beds and I’m plotting what to plant where. And then starting a few things inside! Can’t wait for the warm weather to finally arrive so we can get going!
