We hadn’t been together since before the holidays and we used this time just to chat and find out what was new with everyone. We had stuffed shells, salad, and olive bread for lunch and for dessert it was a big platter of fresh fruit and a fresh baked pound cake. It was so good to see everyone again!

We’ve been meeting weekly for months. What a great time this is…good for the soul. Laughing & learning together & from each other. We’ve ocassionally shared a dinner together after finishing a book where the dishes somehow tie in to the story. Oh…& Love the dangling feet photo.

I’ve only made risotto once and it was yummy. I’d like to try this version, it seems healthier than the one I made (with heavy-cream).
