Interesting. I’ve never really thought about a Thanksgiving Eve tradition. Ours is a young family, and are just establishing traditions everywhere. I’ll definitely give it some thought.

LOVE 2 COOK THE NIGHT BEFORE THANKSGIVING FOR COMPANY COMING IN ON TG. WILL ALSO HAVE A 2ND FAMILY GET TOGETHER ON SATURDAY AFTER THE IRON BOWL ON FRIDAY! ROLL TIDE! LOVE 2 COOK MY SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE AND GOOD OLE POTATO SALAD AND A MILLION DOLLAR PIE!

We do have guest wed evening and often the meal on Thanksgiving eve is Pizza or chili
We are cooking a huge meal Thanksgiving day but I have actually already started on some of it to lighten the load .

We are staying home this year and cooking. The best part is the dressing, for some reason it just doesn’t taste the same any other time of year. Hope you and your family have a wonderful Thanksgiving Day!

I loved reading what everyone else will be doing for TG eve. For us though it will be a busy time of cooking and baking food to take with us for the next day. We will be traveling almost 4 hours to be with family then 4 hours back on Thanksgiving. Makes for a mighty long day. Sadly we will probably call out for pizza TG eve even though the house will smell very yummy.

We will have 2 out of town guests, and the rest coming from close by. We will have about 15 total.

We don’t have any company coming in, and we don’t have a set tradition on Wednesday evening. This year, my mom is watching our child so that my hubby and I can go on a date. Maybe we should make that a tradition! ;-)

We have family coming from Arizona. This is the first Thanksgiving that we will have them here with us. We are so excited and blessed to have them coming!

We have kind of a strange Thanksgiving Eve tradtion at our house. My grown son makes “Killer” Fajitas and that has turned into a tradtion over the last few years. We all look forward to them.
