This is hands down the most delicious cookie recipe I’ve baked…
Only thing is I made half the recipe but forgot about the eggs LOL, so I made half the recipe but kept the 2 eggs… AWESOME… I’ll try making the full recipe and see how I solve the egg issue… 3? 4? We’ll see.

In reply to Sam. There are 2 options for freezing the cookies. ONE: Make the dough, roll, and freeze. You can bake the dough frozen! TWO: Make the cookies according to the recipe; allow to cool; freeze. Defrost and serve. ENJOY!
