beautiful post! Almost two years ago I began helping an elderly lady in her home 4 days a week for 3 hours each day…she is a lady that has lived with little hope and it has been my joy to spend time with her, encouraging her, helping her see a reason to live despite all the physical limitations and strained family relationships.

Yummy smoothie…we love green smoothies…I use spinach, banana, apple, pear, ginger, some celery and some ice if I don’t have frozen fruit!
