This looks and sounds delicious. I love the idea of scooping out a small pumpkin and placing the dip instead. Festive and easy which is a perfect combination in my book. Ironically, I just had a group of ladies over last Thursday evening who I don’t get to see often. We have quite an age gap, about 20-30 years, but I LOVE spending time with them. What’s ironic is I just wrote about it on my blog the other day and then I got your email this morning. I’d love for you to check it and tell me what you think.
