SO amazing! I have not yet canned anything.. I know, right!?!? Maybe now that we are finally settled on where we are living and no longer moving state to state, I’ll get my foot wet with new things to try, like this! :) Thanks for the helpful tips. :)

My parents have a huge garden in western Kentucky and they do nearly all of their canning and freezing outside. Although they don’t have an outdoor kitchen, my Dad has installed a sink with hot/cold water and they have a gas stove similar to yours – it truly makes prep and cleanup so much easier.

Loved this post. How wonderful you did this outside and with a friend! I love fresh salsa and this sounds amazing with all those veggies from the garden.
