Wow, this is creative…I love the cherry and coconut idea. I think dessert crostini works great for parties. I have made an almond (almond paste) and pine nut dessert crostini and it was so good. Have fun at EVO!

I also posted a crostini recipe today BUT it was not anything like this – yum!!! My hubby eats about 2 lbs of cherries a day over the past few weeks.
