When I managed an eye surgeon&#039;s practice, he (my boss, the surgeon) once shared some wisdom with me and said, &quot;You cannot expect of others what you expect of yourself.&quot; It&#039;s a hard lesson tender, giving hearts must learn. We must learn to give freely and not expect in return. When someone does reciprocate, it should be a pleasant surprise and welcomed gift in return. And, yes...I do the same thing. Where were we living? And, which project was hubby managing at the time? Beautiful GF flourless brownies, Sandy! Thanks for sharing!]]></description>
