Broiling on the top rack for 3 mins was way to long for my oven, one side came out black and burnt. I flipped them and kept checking on them every 30 seconds before pulling them out again. I still ate them even though one side was burnt. if I were to make again I’d either not turn on my broil setting or I’d make sure to do less than 3 mins per side.

An easy recipe and it was wonderful. I did add mozzarella cheese after flipping over as we love cheese. It would be great with or without this addition.
