I know that I will be spending a lot of time here. Thanks for the wonderful recipes. I do an old fashioned turkey the way my mother and grandmother did it – no fussing – and a very simple onion and celery bread stuffing. My family really likes it but it’s “tradition” so I’ve long given up trying to interest them in a different one.

We usually do two turkeys – one smoked and one roasted. I prefer the roasted, personally though. So delicious.
