					<description><![CDATA[I have and LOVE the Courtland large tray and have used it at home and for events :) And thank you for the advice on the non food safe boards!! I did a some very large grazing boards and ran out of time so I used some brownish colored parchment paper underneath the food. Very glad to know how to now &quot;season&quot; them for their next use!!]]></description>
